Delivery policy.

All orders* are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You may receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We can not guarantee any of our delivery services provided by third parties such as Royal Mail, UPS, Evri and In-Post; these services may experience delays depending on shipping volume and time of year.

*PRE-ORDERS

All products available for pre-order display a receive by date; pre-order prodcuts will be despatched in advance of this date. Where an order contains a combination of in-stock and pre-order products, products will be despatched seperately as prescribed in this notice.
Receive by dates can not be gaurenteed outside of the United Kingom due to potential customs delays.

Terminology: In place of ‘Receive by’, we may use similar wording such as ‘get it by’, ‘arrive by’; this list is not exhaustive.

United Kindgom

All standard deliveries to UK mainland are free.

Standard deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles are £3.00 for the first item and £1.00 for every additional item; items must be purchased together in one transaction to qualify for additional item discount.

Depending on the size, weight and value of your order, we utilize multiple services to get the most appropriate delivery solution, services include:

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to Europe and the USA.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
Typically deliveries to Europe are £14.00 and USA £20.00..

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Buckit Craft is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with an estimated time of delivery. Some services will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@buckitcraft.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. In the event that we are unable to process an order for this reason, we will notify you and discuss alternate options.
